Read/approve last meeting minutes: John read the minutes from the previous meeting. The minutes will be re-read and approved at the next meeting.

Due to insufficient members present for a quorum, no official business was transacted. The meeting time was used to discuss issues.

The upcoming 2003 Men’s Retreat was discussed:

· Jim Sundholm will be the speaker.

· We are waiting on the Camp to confirm the October 3-5, 2003 retreat date.

· Oregon might provide the Worship Team and MC.
