Minutes from previous meeting were not available, J. Prouty went over his notes from previous meeting. J. Wolf to email out meeting minutes to Board members.

Reviewed minutes from Annual Meeting for changes to be made.

J. Prouty presented report of funds received for Financial Secretary. $85 is to be moved from MARC to Retreat account.

A review of the individual funds and dollars amounts was done. Undesignated funds of $576 were distributed to other areas. J. Prouty will send out report of funds after adjustment.

Tom Moline gave a report on the progress of the Train Camp. He also offered the services of the camp to do promotion, marketing and registration for the annual Men’s Retreat. Decision on whether to use the camp resources to be made at next meeting.

The Board approved to spend up to $500 for working table for kitchen.

The Worship Team for the 2005 retreat needs to be confirmed.

Suggestions for the 2005 retreat:

• Two trail rides
• No afternoon session
• Have assigned housing
• Better registration process
