Covenant Men Board General Meeting 2006
The General meeting of the North Covenant Men was held April 29, 2006 during the NPC Annual Meeting’s Men’s Breakfast.  Approximately 60 men were in attendance.

The meeting was opened by John Prouty who stated that the minutes of the 2005 general meeting and the year-end financial report were posted on the wall.  There was no request that they be read and they were approved as posted.

John Prouty presented the change to the by-laws that would change the minimum number board meetings from 7 to 4.  The vote in favor was unanimous.

John Prouty presented the ballot and opened it to nominations from the floor. There were none so he called for a motion that an unanimous ballot be cast.

The vote was unanimous.

The meeting closed with the Chris Haydon, Pastor of Trinity Covenant Church, shared about being a man.

The next board meeting will be Saturday, May 20th, at 10:00 am at West Hills Covenant Church in Portland, OR.
