Opening remarks were made by John Prouty.

Jeff Wolf read the 2003 retreat meeting minutes to the general membership. The minutes were approved as submitted.

Keith Olson gave an overview of the Financial/Treasurer Reports which had been posted for review prior to the meeting.

John presented the Board Nominating Committee recommendations for the annual Board Elections as listed below.

John requested further nominations from the floor and none were received. He suggested that a unanimous ballot be cast for the positions as presented. The motion was made, seconded and carried.

The proposed revised Covenant Men ByLaws were presented and approved unanimously.

2005 Outreach Project: John discussed that a total of $6,382 was raised, including Covenant matching funds, to help Camp Gilead in Alaska provide Christian-based substance abuse treatment and discipleship for Alaskans.

Next Year's Retreat: John noted that NPC Superintendent Mark Novak is confirmed as the speaker for the 2005 retreat.

2004/2005 Volunteer Work Projects: Jeff Wolf presented Cascades volunteer projects scheduled on one Saturday per month, over the next nine months, to help assemble the steam locomotive, construct (75) bunk beds for the new train camp and (2) log cabins, and help as needed to complete the train camp by next spring.

2004 Outreach Project: Rob M., the camp’s Program Director, presented the "Legacy of Faith" video and encouraged everyone to participate the campaign. He noted that approximately 1,200 youth, of which 80% had a church background, had attended the camp and (45) kids had indicated first-time commitments to Christ. He discussed that completion of the new Train Camp currently being constructed will nearly double the capacity of the summer youth program, and the pending Nisqually Center additions will affect the adult program by a similar magnitude.
